All products are handmade and may show slight variations in color, texture, or finish. These variations are part of the character of each piece and are not considered defects.

Orders are processed only after full payment has been received. Cash on delivery is not available.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery timing rests with the carrier.
